The Brooklyn Trolleydodgers topped the Sheboygan Boomers by the slimmest of margins, 3 to 2. Brooklyn took the lead for good in the top of the 2nd inning scoring a single run on 2 base hits. Kyle Manzardo was hit by a pitch. Julio Rodriguez was next and he banged out a single. After an out was recorded, Lawrence Butler then laced a base-hit scoring the run. Sheboygan tried unsuccessfully to come back in the 9th. The victory went to Jose Soriano(4-2) who went 5 and 1/3 innings, allowing 2 runs. Soriano got relief help from Adrian Morejon who gained credit for his 5th save. Chris Paddack(3-2) was charged with the loss. When questioned about the loss, Mike Mihelich said, 'The fans got to see an exciting game out there tonight. Unfortunately, we couldn't get it done this time. Next time, though, we'll be the clubhouse with all the smiles.'

Pensacola had the game winning rally in the top of the 9th inning with 3 runs. Juan Soto led off and started the attack as he drew a walk. Miguel Andujar followed and he drew a walk. After an out was recorded, Tyler Freeman then would ground out scoring a run. Trevor Larnach followed next and he blasted a two-run home run. Kelowna out-hit Pensacola 9 to 3, but Pensacola ended up with more runs. Jason Adam(3-3) went 1 inning allowing no runs for the victory. Tyler Rogers was credited with his 7th save. Matt Svanson(1-2) was tagged with the loss in relief. Svanson was feeling apologetic in the locker room, 'I sure let that one get away. What a miserable feeling to let the guys down; and our fans.
